My Backstory

Kaizen Mondragon

Founder of Tier One Software

My name is Kaizen Mondragon. I am 19 years old, Filipino, and currently living in New York. My interest in computers and coding started back in 2014 when I was still a kid. I did not fully understand how everything worked at that time, but my curiosity for technology started there.

After almost 10 years, in 2024, I finally had the chance to start learning properly because I got my own PC. I started from scratch by watching YouTube videos, doing research, testing ideas, breaking things, fixing errors, and learning through real experience.

Before FiveM development, I first tried creating websites and learning how digital systems work. Later, I became a fan of FiveM through YouTube creators and started playing different servers. After a while, I got bored of only playing, so I challenged myself to create my own city from scratch. That project became Ventura Vibes City.

It was not easy. I did not have a big budget for hosting, OneSync, or paid resources, so most of the progress came from my own savings, patience, and hard work. Every mistake became part of the process, and every project helped me improve as a developer.

After a year of learning and creating scripts, someone hired me as a developer. That opportunity pushed me to take development more seriously and build my own brand. That is when I created Tier One Software.

Today, Tier One Software represents my growth, dedication, and passion for development. I focus on FiveM scripts, websites, UI systems, server solutions, and custom development. Everything started from curiosity, and now I continue to build better systems, better projects, and a stronger future.
